I’m Anthony Puglia, the proud owner of Synergy Manhattan. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Right from the beginning, I always wanted to inspire the people around me and work for myself. Having thought about my life goals, I decided to start Synergy Manhattan, where I could help and inspire people and have creative control and the power to change lives.

Now, more than a decade later, my team and I build new skills every day, and I am proud to play a part in molding tomorrow’s leaders, mentors, and entrepreneurs. I’ve learned how to efficiently organize and manage my time, attitude, and goals, which has helped me stay motivated and effectively guide my team towards success.

The part of my work life that I find most exhilarating is watching individuals I’ve taught blossom into competent sales and marketing managers, and leaders. My philosophy is to have a clear vision of what I want, map out client goals, and don’t try to figure everything out alone. It is vital to learn to be a student first; with the eagerness to learn, it’s easy to pick up skills and help clients.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my belief that a positive mindset will not just affect my day but impact my life as well. I also don’t let failure get to me. I think about my goals and take steps in the right direction.

I attribute my success to my mentors. They kept me grounded and motivated along the way and showed me that giving up is the easier route but putting in the necessary work to succeed is more fulfilling.

Working with a super motivated team and inspiring others has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I like to stimulate my mind by reading a good book, especially something related to my field of mentorship and inspiring others.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
